Video editor needed for e-commerce dropshipping video ads (Facebook & TikTok)

We are selling a home decor dropshipping product and we're looking for a video editor who has extensive experience creating e-commerce style video ads tailored for Facebook and ---------- ads (vertical format)

Because our product has a strong wow factor, it pretty much sells itself and we need an editor who understands how to piece footage together to make our product look as attractive as possible. (raw footage will be provided to you)

Along with that, you must also understand how to do the following:
- Create scroll-stopping hooks (what you show or say in the first 1-3 seconds of the video)
- Match the right footage with the video script (we will provide scripts for you if needed)
- Experience editing UGC videos with product footage

Notes when applying:

- We DON'T CARE how many years of experience you have and we don't care about your resume. All we need to see is your portfolio of other E-COMMERCE video ads you've made for other companies. If you're good at what you do, then we'll hire you.

- We are NOT interested in video editors who specialize in animation, short-form "hormozi" style content, podcasts, explainers, etc. We want to see your experience with e-commerce video ads ONLY. If you don't have any videos of this style, then we don't suggest applying.

- You must be okay with creating a test video for us so that we can determine if we like your editing style. (you will be compensated for this). You MUST mention that you are willing to create this video in your application.

Compensation:

- We will pay a flat-rate for each unique video you create for us.

- If we need additional variations of videos that require very small effort (ie. changing text in the hook, swapping visuals in the hook, etc.) then we can discuss a discounted bulk deal - which makes sense on both sides.

- Bonuses are also offered for each creative that performs well for our brand
