Photoshop mockups

Hi I am looking for help creating frame mockups, using an existing image changing the frame to 4 different colors and inserting an image inside the frame mat.

I would like to start with a test image and then move forward with about 30 photographs inserted into the frames. Every photograph will need the 4x different frame colors. The wage for this gig includes the entire job completed, not just the test image.
