Solid Rock Realty is seeking a Maintenance Administrative Assistant to join our growing Property Management Real Estate Team in Colorado Springs! We currently manage ~500 residential units and are adding new units at a rapid pace.
As a Maintenance Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating annual and incoming maintenance resident request tasks, building property "make-ready" lists, auditing of maintenance schedules, billing, coordinating with vendors, and most importantly communicating with our team, our Landlords, and our Residents. Our top focus to our clients is quick and clear communication with excellent customer service. Being a team player at Solid Rock Realty is of upmost importance to us.
This person will be primarily focused on auditing our full time maintenance techs work, compiling the data of work performed, and reconciling our receipts to ensure they are all billed for, and sending this information to our accounting team for final billing.
The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the work process to maximize effectiveness. Our goal as a company is to provide the highest level of customer service in the Property Management Industry which means each team player must also provide a high level of customer service.
General Job Description
• Auditing daily and compiling data for work performed.
• Reconciling receipts for materials purchased.
• Answer general questions from Landlords and Tenants.
• Building and executing "Make-Ready" lists for our internal Maintenance Technicians by collecting information from our Field Operators.
• Coordinating annual maintenance tasks such has HVAC Servicing, Sprinkler Start-Up’s and Blow-Out’s, and our Snow Removal list, etc.
• Building reports for billing.
• Keeping up with our vendors expired insurance policies.
• Scheduling non-emergency maintenance items.
• Communicate with Property Management Team.
• Other assigned tasks as necessary.
Job Specific Skills & Traits
• Background in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Understanding of residential maintenance and home construction.
• Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, clients, and vendors in written and verbal form.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Results oriented and high achiever.
• Understanding of computers and navigating the Internet.
• Understanding of Buildium. Experience preferred but not required.
• Confident telephone voice.
• Positive customer service attitude.

• Starting Salary: $725 Monthly (Paid semi-monthly through Payoneer)
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 (30-minute lunch break) – General Mountain Time
The following benefits begin the first full month after a 60-day trial period.
