Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail and creativity to develop static ads for our Facebook advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of ad designs, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to create designs that drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce visually compelling static creatives for Facebook ads, tailored to various product campaigns (e.g., lip hydration, SPF lip balm, anti-aging).
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with campaign goals, brand guidelines, and target audience needs.
Understand our target demographic (primarily women aged 35+) and create designs that resonate with this audience.
Develop multiple versions of ads to support A/B testing and continuous improvement.
Ensure that designs are optimized for performance across all ad placements and formats.
Stay up to date with design trends and best practices for social media advertising.
Requirements:

Proven experience in creating Facebook ads or other digital marketing creatives (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and composition.
Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and an understanding of what types of designs perform well on the platform.
Experience working with beauty or skincare brands is a plus.
