JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Creative Writer, you will be instrumental in crafting unique, engaging stories that connect deeply with our audience. This role focuses on imaginative writing for a range of formats, from short narratives to captivating scripts. You’ll work closely with our production team to shape memorable stories for YouTube shows, video projects, and more. Your creativity will drive our storytelling, helping bring ideas to life through powerful narratives that evoke emotion and captivate attention.

The ability to craft compelling stories, brainstorm fresh ideas, and adapt your writing to different tones and styles is crucial. Your work will be central to elevating our brand’s voice, whether it’s for our personal content or a brand collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Create original, imaginative concepts for video content, scripts, and stories that align with our brand’s voice and resonate with audiences.
-Collaborate in brainstorming sessions, generating ideas for new storytelling formats, narrative arcs, and content series.
-Write scripts for videos across various platforms, ensuring each piece feels authentic, whether it's a playful, emotional, or brand-focused narrative.
-Develop and write long-form and short-form content, from blog posts to video descriptions, that captures and holds the audience’s attention.
-Adapt writing style to match different voices and tones, from fun and light-hearted for personal content to informative or persuasive for brand-related work.
-Work closely with the production team to ensure that scripts are aligned with video production, enhancing the visual storytelling experience.
-Optimize and refine stories based on audience feedback and performance analytics, continuously improving storytelling strategies.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

-Proven experience as a Creative Writer, ideally in video production, branded content, or storytelling projects.
-A deep passion for narrative creation with the ability to conceptualize new ideas that evoke emotion, and bring them to life through words.
-Versatility in writing, with the ability to adapt style and tone to different voices, ranging from fun and engaging to professional and brand-driven.
-Strong collaboration skills and ability to work both independently and within a team, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
-Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all stories are polished and refined to the highest standard.
