The Role
* You excels in initiating conversations with potential clients or customers who have had no prior contact with the company.
* Articulate and persuasive, able to quickly build rapport and clearly communicate the value of the product or service. With strong listening skills, they effectively identify and address the needs and objections of prospects.
* Resilient - maintaining a positive attitude despite rejection and continually adapting their approach based on feedback. Their ability to efficiently manage records and follow up diligently helps in converting leads into valuable business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:
- Answer emails and chat
- Answer incoming calls via the designated tool
- Branch out to other departments if necessary as Upskills will be frequent
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and clear accent.
- Background in customer service.
- Proficient in using CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:**

- Owns a laptop or a desktop computer that can do basic research and operate social media and email platforms.
- Internet with at least 100mbps speed.

? **WORKING CONDITIONS:**

Candidate can work from anywhere, with reliable internet access. They must be able to communicate in a clear and prompt manner. It is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. This position will work graveyard shift
