We have multiple part time and full time positions open.
Part time hours are 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm Pacific Time.
Full time hours are 8am-5pm Pacific Time.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to join the team. The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
-Support client and candidate relationships at the professional level.
-Support internal approval process.
-Continuous networking and pipe-lining to identify candidates.
-Extensive executive client interaction.
-Development and execution of staffing and diversity plans.
Position Requirements:
The successful candidate for this Technical Recruiter role will possess the following qualifications and skills:
-Experience recruiting in IT, engineering or other technical fields
-Experience providing fact-based and candid assessments of talent and making clear recommendations.
-Complete end-to end-sourcing experience including identifying talent, formatting technical resumes, conducting technical phone assessments with candidates, submitting resumes into VMS.
-Use innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business while taking a broad perspective on strategic sourcing to meet workforce needs.
-Help candidates with salary negotiations from pre-qualifying to close.
-Must maintain and exude a strong sense of integrity.
-Excellent oral and writing communication skills.
-Experience formatting resumes.
-Experience with Boolean searches.
-Ability to type at least 40 wpm.
-Experience using ATS, VMS, Job Boards, quick learner with new technologies.
-Able to multi-task.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Able to work with limited supervision.
-Able to organize and manage your work load and meet set targets and objectives.
-Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change, on time, and eager to support the career goals of our candidates while personally growing in your own professional role within the team.
