Web design and articulate module

We need your help with the design of a homepage (landing page), course page (with list of courses) and the final course module designs for now.
Landing page - 3 design options - HTML is not required at this stage

Module template design - 3 design options
The final 1 option will be developed in Articulate Storyline 2 (Needs to include learning screens, assessments (nice animations and graphics), glossary, all possible features like- videos embedded YouTube; PDF)
At least 1 round of changes on the final option
These are just examples: healbright.com, online.nytedu.com, and fetchfind.com - you may want to do much better.

There is no particular brand guidelines as such, so please feel free to share/ suggest your best work. And what is your process of work and the cost?

Set up and configure on Moodle
How comfortable are you to write content?
Create Graphics, Animation, Digitization - if we provide you complete storyboard?
Hosting and complete maintenance
