Here’s the scoop:

Work Details:
- Start date: ASAP.
- Full-time hours: 40 hours per week (***Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM PH time***).
- Salary: 35,000 PHP - 50,000 PHP per month.
- Additional benefits available.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and frameworks like AJAX and jQuery.
- WordPress and Elementor expertise with experience in building and customising websites on these platforms, including using hooks and filters for advanced customisation.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and tools, including experience with PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and plugins like Yoast and WP Rocket, as well as other optimisation tools. Knowledge of implementing SEO elements such as H1 and H2 tags for website optimisation.
- Background in debugging websites and maintaining them to ensure consistent performance and functionality.

- Ability to write clean, reusable code for future projects.
- Expertise in optimising website performance (speed, load times, etc.).
- Rigorous testing to ensure quality, including self-QA.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and frameworks like AJAX and jQuery.
- WordPress and Elementor expertise with experience in building and customising websites on these platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and tools.

Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills, especially for collaborating with teams and providing client support.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Independence and initiative to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Writing and maintaining front-end code that supports up-to-date website content.
- Optimising websites for speed and performance.
- Testing thoroughly to ensure error-free work.
- Collaborating with tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
- Providing direct client support through a ticketing system.
- Maintaining websites with regular updates and bug fixes.
- Implementing SEO strategies for better search rankings.
