JOB OVERVIEW
The Role:
> Accounts inbox - be responsible for managing all emails received in the account's inbox , answer customer queries etc
> GS1 reporting - reviewing orders on hold
> A/R Clean up - Review of debt 60+
> Raising credits/invoices
> Assisting with Collections/Debt Reminders
> Customer Accounts Reconciliation
> Resolving Collection Discrepancies
> Ad hoc Tasks
> Assisting the team with inquiries concerning customer accounts, payment allocation etc
> Working closely with the AR Manager regarding aged debt/ account queries


Skills and Requirements:
> 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Collections is essential
> Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
> Willing to work in is a fast paced and constantly changing environment
> Extremely fast learner
> Data analysis skills
> Strong customer relationships skills – excellent communication
> Strong English writing skills and concise communication
> Comfortable with routine and repetitive analysis
> Analytical thinker
> Capable of escalating and seeking assistance when necessary
> Accuracy and attention to detail
> Prioritising when you have many tasks to complete, deadlines cannot be missed
> Ability to work from home in an unsupervised manner
> A powerful recent PC that can crunch data

Technology:
We use cloud-based business process systems (NetSuite) and Google Apps to manage communication and file sharing.

Other Specifics:
- Full time hours (minimum 8 hours per day) starting at 8:30am Australian Time (AEST).
- Fast and reliable internet.
