About the Company:
Brandon Tryon Consulting, based out of Mesa, Arizona, has been providing professional consulting services since 2014. Specializing in support for busy attorneys, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Administrative Assistant to help streamline our operations and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain client databases and track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
Assist in developing administrative systems to improve organization and workflow within the firm.
Automate routine tasks and enhance internal processes through the use of digital tools and software.
Assist with managing accounts, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a legal or consulting environment.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote work setting.
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
