JOB OVERVIEW

Looking to hire an experienced customer support representative

We are a Ecommerce brand in the men's beauty niche. We operate on Shopify with a ticketing platform Richpanel. You'll have access to multiple tools that will make your work much easier.

Tools available:
- Multiple written and recorded SOPs integrated with AI, to answer all your questions
- AI driven ticketing platform that helps you with replies
- More than 30 macros for instant answers
- Chatbot that helps customers provide all the information necessary before creating a ticket
- Multiple automations to reduce the work load
- A team to chat with on Slack
- Automated sheet to communicate with our suppliers

With all these tools available, you'll be able to work much faster and more efficient. What we need from you is to make sure that we bring accurate answers to all of the questions our customers have. Every customer has to leave our support with a big smile on their face.

Daily Tasks:
- Handling tickets
- Chatting with our supplier
- Managing >Facebook comments
- Actively improving our workflow

Skills Required:
- Attention to customer satisfaction
- Being smart with refunds and returns to reduce loss
- Able to identify problems our customers have that we can fix
- Reply to 15 tickets per hour minimum
- Good English
- Working effectively with other tea ---------- mbers
- Actively suggesting
