Are you a talented individual with a passion for cold calling? We’re looking for motivated tea ---------- mbers to join us as VA Appointment Setters. In this role, you'll be connecting with real estate agents, introducing them to our in-demand product, and playing a key part in our sales process.

Position Details:

Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 20-40 hours per week
Pay: $5 per hour, with opportunities for raises and bonuses based on successful sales from appointments

Responsibilities:

Make engaging cold calls to real estate agents, clearly presenting our product to spark their interest.
Confidently communicate the value and benefits of our product.
Keep detailed records of each call, ensuring accurate documentation and gathering feedback.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call targets, generating high-quality leads.
Continuously improve your cold calling techniques based on feedback and results.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
Previous cold calling experience, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
Strong communication and persuasion skills to engage potential clients.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Results-driven, consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
Familiarity with High Level CRM is a plus.
