JOB OVERVIEW

An established Immigration Law Firm in the USA is seeking a Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a fully remote position with a competitive pay of $1,000/month. If you’re fluent in Spanish and have strong written communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, 85% of whom are Hispanic. You will handle inbound calls, follow up with clients, and assist with gathering information for immigration forms. This is a great opportunity to work remotely in a client-focused role within an immigration law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage inbound client calls in Spanish and English.
• Collect client information for filling out forms and other case-related tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing client concerns and queries.
• Follow up with clients to ensure all information is accurate and complete.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

Requirements:
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and writing skills in both languages.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a legal or immigration setting (not required but a plus).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Must be comfortable being interviewed in Spanish directly by the employer.
• Compensation: $1,000/month
