Graphic Designers for Photobooths

I am looking to recreate a website like ---------- I need graphic designer or graphic designers that can help me make elegant classy and fun photobooth layout graphics and after that turn it into a photobooth template using photobooth software, I will teach the photobooth software how to make it a template. For now I just need a graphic designer that can do these designs, I can explain the template process later, its very easy.
