PodPitch – soon to be MagicPitch – is an innovative SaaS platform helping users streamline their podcast outreach and guest appearance process through data-driven insights and automation. We are now looking to build our website's online presence and boost SEO through strategic backlink building.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Outreach Specialist to help grow MagicPitch’s online visibility by building quality backlinks through outreach to blogs, websites, and content creators in relevant industries. You will be responsible for identifying potential backlink opportunities, reaching out to website owners, negotiating placements, and following up to ensure successful link acquisition.

Responsibilities:
• Research and identify blogs, websites, and content creators for backlink opportunities related to MagicPitch’s content.
• Craft and send personalized outreach emails to website owners and content managers.
• Build relationships with bloggers, journalists, and webmasters to secure backlinks.
• Track outreach efforts and report on progress weekly.
• Ensure all backlinks are from high-authority, relevant websites to enhance SEO.
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with MagicPitch’s goals.

Requirements:
• Experience with SEO and link-building strategies.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to personalize outreach.
• Ability to track outreach campaigns and provide regular updates.
• Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in outreach or PR for backlinks is a bonus.
