Experienced T-Shirt Designer Print on Demand (400$ - 500$/Month, Longterm Relationship)

Hello future employee
We are a german company which mainly operates in the Print on Demand business (Spreadshirt, Merch By Amazon) for about 6 years. Now it's time for us to expand and invest in the future so therefore we are looking for new longterm employees.
Who are we looking for?
- Experienced longterm T-Shirt Designer (Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator)
- Skills in lettering are welcome
- English Skills (important for the future communication)
- Experience in copyright and trademarks for shirts (in the european and us area)
- Reliable (One of the most important aspects)
- Constant level
- ability to create invoices for our tax documents (it's very important, at the ---------- nt we use PayPal with our employees because it's the most easy way to create invoices)
-Due to the technical developments, it would be very good if you can handle AI programmes such as Leonardo AI, Midjourney or Sparkle from Creative Fabrica.
- Normally we are working from Monday - Friday so the weekend is off

What do we offer?
- Salary 400$-500$ (2$ - 3$ per design (it depends on the quality)
-> We are also ready to pay more than the above mentioned salary if the quality is very good
