Virtual assistant

I am looking for someone to develop business to business leads thru telemarketing, online marketing, email marketing, etc. Will be working with semi truck dealerships /heavy equipment dealerships. I need to cultivate business relationships with them to be their finance provider. Follow up with the customers will be needed once a business relationship is established.
