Data and Systems Specialist

- Handle manual data tasks and create automated workflows.

Key responsibilities and Regular tasks:

Gather and compile data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data collection systems.
Clean, organise, and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate findings to tea ---------- mbers.
Automate routine data-related tasks such as data entry, report generation, and data updates using tools like Excel macros, Python scripts, or other automation tools.
Work closely with other tea ---------- mbers to support data entry and ad-hoc tasks.
Invoice / inventory uploads (ARMS, Lightspeed POS)
POS systems support (ARMS, Lightspeed POS)
Google sheets metrics and report creation (including scripts)
Excel metrics and report creation
Shopify data handling
Metrics and data analysis

Working hours:

Part time initially, moving to full time hours after the training period has concluded- must be able to work across AEST business hours.
