Job Overview:
PodPitch is seeking an experienced Cold Email + Clay Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ---------- and cold email campaigns, helping us optimize and scale our outreach efforts. You will play a critical role in refining our email marketing strategies, improving lead generation, and ensuring high engagement rates through well-targeted, personalized, and data-enriched campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Cold Email Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimize cold email campaigns for PodPitch, targeting PR agencies and businesses.
• Utilize ---------- for Enrichment: Leverage ---------- to enrich contact data, create dynamic lists, and improve targeting and personalization for outreach efforts.
• Automation & A/B Testing: Implement automated workflows, A/B test different subject lines, email content, and strategies to maximize engagement and response rates.
• Data Management: Organize and manage a high volume of contact data, ensuring data accuracy and completeness within Clay and our CRM systems.
• Email Deliverability: Monitor and manage email deliverability, list hygiene, and email performance metrics to ensure high inbox placement rates.
• Analyze Performance: Track and report key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, reply rates, and conversions, using insights to continually improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and goals, contributing to a smooth lead conversion process.

Qualifications:
• Required: Experience with ---------- and its various functionalities, particularly related to contact enrichment and workflow automation.
• Proven experience managing cold email outreach campaigns, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including personalization, deliverability, and A/B testing.
