Search Engine Optimization and YouTube Ads

We are looking for some one with experience in Search Engine Optimization and YouTube. The company is looking to optimize their podcast presence on Google and YouTube search engines. We are looking for someone who has done work like this for at least 2 or 3 US based businesses that can give us recommendations. We would like to speak with US references as well for validation.
