Lead Generation Specialist

Are you a seasoned lead generation expert with a passion for helping businesses thrive? Do you have the skills to identify and attract the right decision-makers in the juvenile empowerment space, such as gymnastics clubs, martial arts academies, cheer gyms, ninja clubs, tutoring centers, and coding schools? We're a leading coaching and consulting business, and we're looking for a Lead Generation Expert who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will be able to independently generate high-quality leads, target key business owners, and drive our growth with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads of business owners in the juvenile empowerment industry (e.g., gymnastics, martial arts, cheer, ninja, tutoring, coding).
Develop and implement strategies to reach out to program owners and decision-makers.
Build and manage a steady pipeline of potential clients through various channels (online research, social media, networking, etc.).
Collaborate with our team to refine targeting strategies and ensure alignment with our coaching/consulting goals.
Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation efforts, tracking performance and results.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the juvenile empowerment or education industry.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROVEN LEAD GENERATION EXPERIENCE - YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

Strong ability to generate leads independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with targeting business owners in niche markets such as gymnastics clubs, martial arts academies, and similar programs.
Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed lead generation goals.
