This individual will be responsible for placing and managing web based recruiting processes. Will be trained to utilize online database sourcing of resumes, manage auto responder emails, follow up emails for no-show interviews, place online help wanted adds for multiple U.S. cities, learn and manage social media websites/recruiting tools. Must have the ability to edit HTML, manage multiple tasks, understand direct sales recruiting, telecom knowledge a plus as well as social media experience a plus.
