Role Overview:
As a Product Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers trialling our apps. Your mission will be to engage with new users, help them get the most out of our products, and offer first-level customer support to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to new users and trials, guiding them through product features and setup.
Provide first-level customer support by answering queries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary.
Assist customers with onboarding, ensuring they understand how to use the app for maximum benefit.
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on customer experiences and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer support or sales, preferably in SaaS or technology.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed.
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems when required.
Familiarity with business apps (such as Xero,
