Bilingual Account Manager / Onboarding Specialist (English and Spanish)

Account Manager - SaaS Onboarding Specialist, where your role is pivotal in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and product utilization. You will proactively reach out to clients not yet using our product, guiding them through the system via phone and scheduling onboarding Zoom sessions. Following each call, you will send proactive emails and text messages and often follow up with clients at a later date.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
