Job Description:
As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing various digital marketing initiatives from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to streamline workflows and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee digital marketing projects including web development, SEO, and content creation
- Coordinate with clients to gather project requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
- Lead project teams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met
- Utilize project management software to track progress, assign tasks, and manage deadlines
- Implement and oversee digital strategies that include SEMrush, WordPress, and other key tools
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and project scope
- Provide regular reports on project performance, including productivity and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in digital marketing, web development, SEO, and content creation
- Must speak excellent English and be able to meet remotely with clients as needed
- Familiarity with project management software such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar
- Extensive experience with tools like SEMrush, WordPress, Google Analytics, and other industry-specific software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to changing project needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with remote teams
- Certifications in SEO, digital marketing, or project management (PMP, etc.) are a plus
- A proactive attitude, with a focus on results and continuous improvement
