What You'll Be Doing

- Managing the daily operations of multiple Shopify stores
- Solving customer queries like a pro with Gorgias
- Coordinating with our team through Slack to keep everyone on the same page
- Monitoring sales and performance, and coming up with strategies to boost growth
- Keeping everything running smoothly like the multitasking superhero you are!

Who You Are

- You have experience managing eCommerce stores (preferably Shopify)
- You know Slack inside and out (and love using gifs and emojis ????)
- You’re a customer service superstar and can handle Gorgias like a pro
- You’re a problem solver who can handle anything that comes your way
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and LOVE a challenge
