Position: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Remote)

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients
Schedule appointments and generate leads for our clients
Build and maintain relationships with prospects
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call quotas
Record and track call outcomes and feedback in our CRM system
Communicate with the sales team on lead progress and results

Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain persistent
