Job Description:
· The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage various HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Business Requirements:
· Posting job ads, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and hiring.
· Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
· Conduct training and development sessions.
· Support managers in setting performance goals, adjust or optimize the performance goals in time.
· Familiar with legal requirements, HR policies and procedures.
· Maintain employee records, assist in payroll and employee benefits programs.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Years of experience as a Human resource role.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
