Quantity Surveyor/Estimator Wanted for London-Based Company

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to work remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing architectural plans, tender documents, and in-house survey data to produce precise and competitive quotations for our timber windows and doors using our specialized quoting software. This is a non-client-facing role, and the completed quotations will be forwarded directly to the sales team for further processing and client communication.

The ideal candidate will have:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or estimating, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and AutoCAD; ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical abilities and attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
