Full Time SEO and Digital Marketing Expert Needed

We are a very busy marketing firm in need of a full time SEO and Digital Marketing expert. We are looking for a long term relationship with an individual but they MUST have a high level of experience working with Search Engine Optimization projects.

You will be expected to:

* Review the status of about 15-20 different websites
* Make suggestions to improve ranking, traffic and conversions
* Implement suggestions (or assign suggestions to our team)
* Create reports of the work being done and the results we are getting
* Follow up with team members and clients
* Report back to me regularly with an outline/status of each project

You must be:

* Very experienced in SEO
* Able to write, read and speak English fluently
* Responsive to our team and our clients
* Able to take on tasks without constant supervision or direction
* Easy to work with
* Available at least part of the normal work day EST.
* Available via Skype and/or Google Hangout
* Very organized
* Good at managing complicated projects

It would also really help if you had experience with Facebook advertising, social media, Adwords, email marketing and other digital marketing tactics.
