Chitiva is in the heart of Chicago and we’re on the hunt for a passionate Training and Recruitment Specialist to help us build and grow our dynamic team.

The Role:
Are you excited about shaping teams and creating impactful training programs? Join us to lead our training and recruitment efforts from start to finish. You’ll design engaging training, manage the hiring process, and ensure everything aligns with our company’s goals.

What You'll Do:
- Create and roll out engaging training programs.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists to enhance training and recruitment processes.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Communicate with candidates and managers to keep everything on track.
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment and training documentation.

What We’re Looking For:
- Based in Cebu with the ability to work U.S. hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT / 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT.
- Experience working with U.S. clients.
- Strong background in developing training programs, SOPs, and checklists.
- Proven skills in recruitment, including job postings and interviews.
- Experience with LMS tools and collaboration platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with candidates, managers, and tea ---------- mbers.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
