Beans with Benefits is a dynamic coffee startup delivering high-quality, sustainably sourced coffee to the gaming community. We are expanding through TikTok Shop and need a driven virtual assistant focused solely on affiliate outreach to help grow our brand.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant whose primary responsibility will be to conduct rapid outreach to potential TikTok affiliates. This is a results-driven role focused on sending as many outreach messages as possible during each shift to maximize brand exposure and recruit affiliates. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and is comfortable reaching out to numerous influencers daily. This position will be for one week to start and will decide if we continue forward based on results.
Key Responsibilities:
-Send a high volume of outreach messages to TikTok influencers and potential affiliates daily, aiming for maximum outreach during each shift
-Follow provided outreach scripts and strategies to engage influencers and secure affiliate partnerships
-Keep accurate records of outreach efforts, including tracking responses and follow-ups
-Report on outreach progress and performance metrics regularly
Qualifications:
- Native or Advanced English
-Previous experience with high-volume outreach, preferably in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing
-Comfortable with repetitive tasks, managing large lists of contacts, and sending many messages daily
-Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet outreach targets
-Familiarity with TikTok influencers and trends is a plus
-Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
