Qualifications and Core Skills Required:
•Must be based in Cebu City
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong understanding of eCommerce principles
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
•Familiarity with Google Workspace
•Basic computer troubleshooting skills
•Strong comprehension and proactive approach
•Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
•Minimum of 6 months experience as a Customer Support Consultant
