Virtual Assistant (VA)

We want to hire a full-time VA to work for our UK company as part of our growing team in the Philippines. The job entails building static web sites using drag-and-drop web page builders such as ---------- , soloist.ai, ---------- , and ---------- . The web sites are small (usually 1-5 pages) and require some on-page SEO using generative AI tools such as OpenAI and Claude.

The MOST important attributes for the successful candidate is that they must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable. We do not want to hire someone who wants to do freelance gigs on the side.

You must be adaptable, a quick learner, a team player, and a superb communicator.

We do not expect you will have experience of building web sites, but if you have an eye for nice visuals, then that would be an advantage.

It must be stressed that the most important attributes for the successful candidate is their character. Honesty, trustworthiness, reliability, adaptability, being a team player, having excellent English communication skills, and having an eye for detail are far more important than your technical experience of building web sites.

Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

The job is standard Manila office hours (9am to 6pm) and is working from home.

The successful candidate must:

- Be a quick learner
- Have impeccable English writing skills
- Be a first class communicator in English
- Have excellent time management skills
- Be able to follow instructions
- Be trustworthy, honest, and reliable.
- Be able to work standard office hours of 9am to 6pm Manila time
- Have a reliable broadband connection
- Be located within the Metro Manila/Laguna areas- Be able to build simple static HTML web sites of between 1-5 pages each.
- Be able to quickly learn some static web site building tools such as ---------- , soloist.ai, ---------- , and ---------- .
- Have a basic knowledge of HTML, or be prepared to learn.
- Be able to generate SEO-optimised content using OpenAI, edit the AI output, and add the edited content to the pages.
