Social Media Manager

RM Tires, is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a remote opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and growing a brand online.

If you have a knack for crafting attention-grabbing posts, engaging videos, and boosting audience interaction, we want you to help RM Tires expand its online presence across all social media platforms!

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Create unique, high-quality visuals, reels, and videos that highlight RM Tires’ products and services. From showing off our latest tire stock to behind-the-scenes footage, we need content that stands out and drives customer engagement.
- Use tools like Canva, Capcut, or other video editing software to develop eye-catching, on-brand content for daily posts.
- Stay updated on social media trends and apply creative strategies to keep RM Tires’ content fresh and relevant.

Post Scheduling & Strategy:
- Develop a content calendar for consistent, daily posting across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to keep our audience engaged and informed.
- Schedule posts in advance using platform tools, ensuring timely delivery of promotional content, product updates, and tire shop events.
- Strategically plan content around key tire industry trends, seasonal offers, and RM Tires promotions to increase visibility and attract new customers.

Engagement & Community Management:
- Actively monitor and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews on all platforms.
- Foster positive relationships with our audience, addressing inquiries about tires, services, or promotions, and driving engagement with creative calls-to-action.
- Maintain a consistent and friendly brand voice to represent RM Tires and build a loyal online community.


>>Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, especially Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Expertise in creating high-quality, engaging video content (reels, stories, and short-form videos) that can captivate an audience.
- Skilled in content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
- Excellent communication skills in written English to interact professionally with our audience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, platforms, and schedules efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure content aligns with RM Tires’ branding and marketing goals.
- Stable internet connection and reliable computer setup for uninterrupted remote work.
