Virtual Assistant | Sales and Customer Service

The ideal candidate needs to be a salesperson and have the ability to deal with customers in an empathetic and efficient manner, as well as having a consultative approach to sales.

Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service via WhatsApp, email and social networks;
- Answering questions and providing information about products and services;
- Following up on leads and prospects, focusing on converting sales;
- Following up on and resolving customer requests and complaints;
- Offering after-sales support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of service processes.

Requirements:
- English language skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Previous experience in customer service or online sales;
- Ability to work with CRM and e-commerce tools;
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills;
- Organization and focus on goals.
