Marketing Executive Assistant

Qualified candidate should have experience with:
- CRM management tools
-Understanding of sales pipeline lead flows and statuses
-Email responses for various stages of the sale or prospective sale
-Knowledge of landing pages and their uses
-Calendar scheduling for demos and follow ups

Must haves:
-Knowledge of Google Sheets, Doc and Slides
-How to properly research topics to increase one's understanding
-Strong organizational skills
-Excellent written and verbal in English
-Be able to work 10pm-6am Mon-Fri

These are a plus:
-Knowledge of Hubspot
-Worked with Facebook advertising (not boosting posts)
-Understanding of A/B testing
