Website Merchandiser QA

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Website Merchandiser QA to ensure our eCommerce site runs smoothly and provides an exceptional user experience. Your role will include ensuring no links are broken, images are displayed correctly, and the site meets our high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough testing of our e-commerce website across various browsers, devices, and operating systems.
Develop and execute test cases to identify and report bugs, glitches, and usability issues, also focusing on merchandising elements such as product categorization, search functionality, and promotional displays.
Identify defects and collaborate closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of website issues and improve website performance
Ensure that websites are user-friendly and adhere to design specifications.
Ensure all links are functional and images are properly displayed.
Utilize merchandising experience to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing product displays and enhancing the user journey.
Document and maintain comprehensive QA documentation, including test cases, test results, and QA reports
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
Collaborating with teams of findings and ensuring merchandising plans are executed properly
Ensure the accuracy of digital content, ensuring the content is presented with quality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a QA Specialist or similar role
Background in e-commerce and merchandising
Ability to create detailed test plans and execute test cases systematically.
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Great knowledge of GA4 and Shopify platform
