Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Admin Assistant to join our team. This role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations across various facets of our business, including bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll management, and client communications. If you are a proactive professional with exceptional multitasking abilities, we would love to hear from you! We currently have offices in Mexico, Belize and Philippines, and currently looking to build out our Central and South American teams!
Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Tax Preparation: Assist in preparing and filing company taxes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
-Payroll Management: Administer payroll for the company, including tracking employee hours, processing payments, and handling payroll-related inquiries.
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries on behalf of the company across multiple platforms
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle various ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the smooth functioning of the business.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong bookkeeping skills with familiarity in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
Experience in tax preparation and payroll management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced or startup environment.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms.

Salary Range: P25,000- 50,000 monthly, Depending on experience
