About Us:
Easy Seller Leads is a leading provider of innovative lead generation solutions for real estate professionals. We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in managing subscriptions, client support, and onboarding tasks, ensuring seamless operations across various platforms like Stripe, Docusign, and Go High Level.
Key Responsibilities:

• Subscription Management
o Manage and update client subscriptions via Stripe based on Go Live dates and other factors.
o Experience with Stripe required.
• Agreements Management
o Customize and send out agreements, contracts, and addendums using Docusign.
o Track and ensure timely completion of documents.
• Go High Level Account Management
o Navigate and manage client accounts on the Go High Level platform.
o Update settings, make changes, and ensure clients' accounts are properly maintained.
• Client Support
o Provide exceptional client support through email, text, phone, and Zoom.
o Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance on our services.
• Client Onboarding Support
o Assist the development team in onboarding new clients by setting up Go High Level accounts, importing leads, registering phone numbers, and updating client information.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly managing subscriptions and agreements.
• Experience with Stripe, Docusign, and Go High Level is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to provide outstanding customer support.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
