Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Sales Admin to support our growing business. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to customer service, sales support, and CRM management.

Your Top Tasks:
Managing and updating our Go High Level CRM system
Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone
Processing sales and managing follow-ups
Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations
Coordinating with our training team to ensure smooth customer experiences
Supporting our marketing efforts through data entry and analysis

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Experience with CRM systems (Go High Level experience is a must)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in G-suite
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Interest in personal development, neuroscience, or related fields is a must
Flexibility to work varying schedules as needed to meet business demands

Work Expectations:
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
West coast Hours: 8am to 4pm
Must be available during core business hours
Willingness to adjust work hours as required for optimal customer service

Pay:
TBD based on experience and skill level. We offer competitive rates for top talent.
