Hey! We are Honeyplex (http://www.honeyplex.com/) and we are looking for a full-time media buyer. The media buyer's responsibilities include:
1. Managing up to 100 campaigns and optimizing them on a daily basis
2. Launching new campaigns (up to 20 a day)
3. Optimizing all campaigns
4. You will meet with me everyday for training until you're up to speed
5. Once you are fully independent, we will have skype calls once a week to discuss weekly goals, and we update each other on slack.
Training will take 1-2 months to get fully up to speed. Our company culture is fun, flexible and high performing, therefore we will only hire high performers. We use Slack to communicate worldwide with all our media buyers.
I, the CEO am looking for someone who is:
-self motivated
-detail oriented
-understands and clarifies what I am communicating
can follow instructions and solve problems on your own

If selected, I am going to give you 2 options for compensation:
1) A $600 a month set salary
2) $450 a month set salary, with 3% profit share after training (Training take 1-3 months, depending on your skill level and how motivated you are to learn)
If you feel like you deserve a higher salary or compensation, please let me know what that is, and why it would work out in terms of the value you can provide.
