JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring all deadlines are met and documents are accurate
- Coordinate communication between clients, agents, lenders, and title companies
- Maintain accurate transaction records and update client databases
- Monitor and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging content
- Schedule and post content, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries on social media
- Track and report social media metrics, ensuring alignment with marketing goals

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator in real estate - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
- Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, or similar platforms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of Google Suite, CRM systems, and transaction software
