General Purpose
As a Copywriter at Alquire, Inc., you will play a key role in shaping our brand voice, communicating our services, and engaging with our target audience. In addition to crafting compelling copy, you’ll contribute to marketing strategies and provide administrative support. This hybrid role requires a multi-skilled individual with a passion for writing and an understanding of how to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Copywriting:
Develop clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for websites, blogs,
Write case studies, product descriptions, service overviews, and client testimonials that highlight Alquire’s expertise.
Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy and consistency in tone and style.
Marketing:
Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute content strategies for digital campaigns.
Assist in managing and updating social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
Contribute to the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
Administrative Support:
Maintain content calendars, organize digital assets, and schedule social media posts.
Assist with tracking and reporting on marketing KPIs (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, web traffic).
Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination, client communication, and documentation creation and management.
Qualification:
Minimum 2-3 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in tech or IT-related fields.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO,
Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and client correspondence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and content creation best practices.
Proficiency with social media platforms, CMS tools (WordPress, etc.), and marketing automation tools.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.
Knowledge of IT industry terminology and trends.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Familiarity with CRM system
