Video Editor

We are looking for a video editor that can create videos with features similar to these:

Some projects will need to mimic this video:

We will provide the footage and the details of the commercial real estate property in order for you to edit in a way to explain the property's location, the context of the market area and effectively show the value of the property in the region.

Some projects will require you to place 3d renderings placed on top of the footage. Some will be more basic.

We'll need you to be well versed in Google Earth - After Effects (Or Apple Motion) - Adobe Premiere (Or Final Cut Pro) - and skilled with integrating 3d models into videos.
