Virtual Assistant for Walmart Product Listing, Shopify Maintenance, and eBay to Walmart Flips

Company Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with experience in listing Walmart products, maintaining Shopify stores, and sourcing products for eBay to Walmart flips. We’re a fast-growing business offering an exciting opportunity to work independently with the potential for full-time employment.

Job Responsibilities:

Walmart Product Listing: You must have experience listing products on Walmart, including building WSF shipments and ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, and inventory management.

Shopify Maintenance: Maintain and organize Shopify collections, move products, add tags, and ensure inventory is updated. Basic theme and design maintenance to ensure a professional look. Ability to upload products in bulk using CSV files is a plus.

eBay to Walmart Flips: Source profitable products on eBay and create listings on Walmart. Build shipments and send shipping labels for fulfillment. Training will be provided for eBay to Walmart flips if needed.

Price Tracking: Utilize tools like Keepa to track product prices and monitor competitor pricing. We are willing to provide additional software for price monitoring if required.

Daily Reporting: Provide daily updates on products sourced, listed, and shipped.


Requirements:

Proven experience listing products on Walmart and building WSF shipments.

Proficiency in maintaining Shopify stores, with experience in bulk uploads via CSV files.

General experience in sourcing products online, particularly on eBay.

Proficiency in price tracking tools like Keepa.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Flexibility to start work between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. (Philippines time), with initial hours of 4 to 5 hours per day, with the potential for full-time based on performance.


Preferred (but not required):

Experience sourcing products on Amazon.

Familiarity with automation tools for streamlining the workflow.


Work Environment:

Remote work from home.

Flexible hours, starting at 6:00 a.m. (with flexibility between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.).

Opportunities to grow to full-time employment depending on performance and workload.
