Virtual Assistant for Member Services

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and resourceful Member Services Virtual Assistant to join our team. You'll be working alongside a dedicated group of professionals who have been with us for years, building a strong foundation of support and engagement for our members.

**Responsibilities:**
Welcome new members: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience through live chat, social media, or email.
Member support: Troubleshoot issues, guide members through our online membership platform, and offer solutions to enhance their experience.
Group management: Add members to relevant groups and check in regularly to ensure they feel valued and connected.
Proactive engagement: Reach out to members to maintain a high level of interaction and satisfaction.
Improve member experience: Bring ideas and initiatives that can elevate the service we offer our valued members.

**What We’re Looking For:**
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Initiative to take on new challenges and offer innovative solutions.
Experience with online membership platforms, customer service, or virtual assistance is preferred.
A team player with a can-do attitude who is committed to contributing to our long-term success.
