SDR/Inside Sales Rep

***IMPORTANT NOTE**** Please note that you will be responsible to work 3 days on EST time and 2 days on your time zone. The days that you choose does not matter as long as it is consistant each week.

??Job Description:? We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales/SDR employee for a Full-time, long-term position to be filled immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible to help generate leads for the company, come up with a strategic plan to help the company bring in more revenue year after year.

?**Key Responsibilities:**?-

***Prospecting:
Inside Sales Rep will use outbound prospecting to find new leads, such as businesses or individuals that could benefit from their company's products or services.

***Generate Leads:
You are responsible to generate leads within the companies geography, whether it is cold calling schools maintance manager to cold calling construction company, self owned companies such as wedding venues, restaurants, etc.

***Weekly Meetings With VP
You are responsible to schedule meetings with me of your progress and leads that you think can bring revenue to the company, ideas on how we can better communicate with our customers etc.

***Lead qualification:
Inside Sales Rep will qualify leads to determine if they are a good fit for the company's products or services.

***Educating prospects:
Inside Sales Rep will educate prospects about the company's products or services.

***Gathering data:
Inside Sales Rep will gather key sales data and conduct customer research.

***Booking meetings:
Inside Sales Rep will book meetings with owner to visit job sites.

***Customer Service Skills
You will be responsible to have customer service skills


This broad definition can encompass a wide variety of activities including: generating the initial contact with a prospective client through networking or cold calling and emailing. specializing in prospecting and qualifying leads for the electricians
