Job Title: English Fluent Cold Call Caller – Pharmacy & Vaccine Services

Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and English-fluent Cold Call Caller with a positive attitude to contact nursing homes and healthcare facilities in Southern California . The ideal candidate will introduce our pharmacy services and vaccine programs while building relationships with potential clients. Customer service experience is preferred to ensure a friendly and professional approach. This is a full time position but for the first 2 months will be part time (20 hours per week) to see if we are a good fit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and healthcare centers.
• Present and explain our pharmacy services and vaccine programs clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude when interacting with decision-makers.
• Handle inquiries and provide comprehensive information about our offerings.
• Maintain accurate call logs, follow up with leads, and track progress toward sales goals.
• Develop and nurture relationships to drive long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or cold calling is preferred.
• A positive, patient, and professional attitude when speaking with potential clients.
• Ability to manage rejection and continue with a goal-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational skills to track calls and follow-ups.
• Knowledge of healthcare or pharmacy services is an advantage, but not required.
• Self-driven and able to work independently from home.
